Gloss Lubricant TAS-3A Specifications: White or slightly yellow powder, Melting temperature: 55oC Colour: ≤5.0(Gardner) Heating Reduction: ≤0.5wt.% Characterition:TAS-3A are introduced into the polarity groups on the basis of ethylene difatty acid amide. Theycan be insoluble in traditional slovents.They arenontoxic. they ownmain merits as follows: improve the dispersibility of pigments or fillers;enhancemleting flowingindexand surface glossiness of the composites;reduce the screw torque , anddecrease machinery wear and tear;improve the processability. Applications:TAS-3A can take completly place ofother lubricants, such as wax and EBS, andgive the better internal and external lubrication during procesing. TAS-3A are suitable for PVC-based sheating materials andinsulting materials,respectively.Recommendatory usag: TAS-3A 1-1.2phr;Table 1-3 give the resulting properties of some applied products.
